Collection: Cobalt Spinel

Cobalt spinel is among the rarest gems on earth — its electric blue glow comes from trace cobalt rather than iron, a colour found in only a handful of deposits worldwide. Ceylon cobalt spinels are especially prized by collectors. Each stone in this collection is natural and one of one.
