Refund policy
Effective date: May 8, 2026
At Spinel Gem Therapy, we want you to be confident in your purchase. Because each of our gemstones is a one-of-a-kind natural specimen, please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
1. 30-Day Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date. After 30 days, we are unable to accept returns or offer a refund.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the gemstone must be:
- In its original, unused condition
- In its original packaging, with any certificates or documentation included
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item shows signs of wear, damage, or alteration after delivery.
3. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, email us at spinelgemtherapy@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for the return (optional, but it helps us improve)
We will respond with return instructions and the address to ship to. Please do not ship the item back before receiving these instructions.
4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a tracked, insured shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit on the way back to us.
5. Inspection & Refund
Once your return arrives, we will inspect the gemstone to confirm it matches the condition it was sent in. If everything is in order, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few additional business days for the refund to appear in your account.
6. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for return or refund:
- Custom or made-to-order pieces
- Items marked as Final Sale
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Items returned without prior authorization from us
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at spinelgemtherapy@gmail.com with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
8. Exchanges
Because each gemstone is unique, we generally do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different stone, please return the original item per this policy and place a new order.
